That’s what we do in this cleanse, while having lots of fun, eating delicious food, and learning tons of new things. It’s a total body-mind-spirit re-set.

Our cleanse follows ancient principles of Ayurveda – the Indian holistic health care system – and honors the sacred path of yoga. It follows the niyama of SAUCHA, or purification of the body and will teach you new ways of approaching food, balance, digestion, and the art of eating well. Treat your body as a temple while engaging in our sacred community. You’ll be so glad that you did!
